HOW IT WORKS
Exhibitors at the NBTA International
Convention & Exposition complete the simple form below, providing company info, contact
info, and the content of a press release, plus payment information. NBTA distributes the announcement as follows:
Website/RSS

Prior to the NBTA Convention, the website and RSS feeds will
be updated once daily with all relevant postings.

During the NBTA Convention:

Info submitted by 3:00 pm ET will display onsite by 9:00 am the following day, and
RSS Feeds will be updated

Info submitted by 9:00 am ET will display onsite by 3:00 pm the same day, and RSS
Feeds will be updated

Following the NBTA Convention, the website and RSS feeds
will be updated as appropriate with relevant postings.
Email
On July 23, 24, and 25, NBTA will distribute the "Live from the NBTA Convention" email to all convention attendees, NBTA members who are unable to attend convention, journalists registered for convention, and an additional targeted list of reporters who cover business travel. We will make our best effort to include your announcement in the most appropriate communication with the best possible timing. Following these guidelines will help ensure you get into the email of your preference, though we cannot guarantee it:

Submissions with a post date of July 20 or earlier, or July 26 or later,
will be distributed as appropriate to NBTA members and/or media via NBTA email communications
- To be included in the July 23 "Live from the NBTA Convention" email,
submissions should be made by July 22, 3:00 pm ET, and show post date of July 21, 22, or 23.
- To be included in the July 24 "Live from the NBTA Convention" email,
submissions should be made by July 23, 3:00 pm ET, and show a post date of July 24 or earlier

To be included in the July 25 "Live from the NBTA Convention" email,
submissions should be made by July 24, 3:00 pm ET, and show a post date of July 25 or earlier.
Graphics
Logos submitted (in .JPG or .GIF format) with announcements will be included whenever possible. Posting of logos is not guaranteed. Factors impacting use of logos include timing and demand, so your logo is more likely to be included if you submit your release early.
Pricing
- Submissions made through July 13, 3:00 pm ET -- $200/announcement

Conditions All press releases submitted for posting are subject to review and approval by NBTA. NBTA reserves the right to include or not include any specific content on the site. Credit card payment for posting a release will be made at the time of submission via secure web form.
